Returns Policy

We are happy to provide a refund for an item if:

It is returned within 2 week's of purchase
Original receipt is provided by the original purchaser
The item is still in it's original packaging and/or has the relavant tags still attached

Outside of the above we are happy to provide a Store Credit if:

Item is still in brand new condition and/or has the relevant tags still attached
Proof of purchase is provided

If you have made a purchase of a product through our website that when received is damaged, faulty or incorrectly advertised please contact our Alexandria Store on 02 96983388.

If you feel you are entitled to a warranty claim on a product purchased through our website please contact our Alexandria Store on 02 96983388. In most cases the product will need to be returned for assessment.
