The size profile of the JPX900 Forged iron is big enough to provide confidence for a mid handicap player, yet compact enough to appeal to elite players and professionals.  Forgiveness is enhanced through the pocket cavity which has been extended towards the heel and toe to allow for 21.5 grams of weight to be redistributed to improve performance of off-center hits.

The face of the JPX900 Forged uses a multi thickness design to produce the fastest ball speeds ever produced from a Grain Flow Forged iron.  This is combined with Mizuno's PowerFrame which helps to push mass to the exteriors of the iron to improve stability.  A reinforced top line helps to deliver a strong and powerful sound at impact.
