• For online orders that are unable to be dispatched within 2 weeks of order (excludes custom-built items.)
• Original receipt is provided by the original purchaser
• The item is still in its original packaging and/or has the relevant tags still attached

Please note: Personalised Golf Balls are unable to be refunded, unless there is an error in printing. 
Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash

• You have made a purchase of a product through our website that when received is damaged, faulty or incorrectly advertised.
• You feel you are entitled to a warranty claim on a product purchased through our website. 

In most cases the product will need to be returned for assessment.
