Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Power Golf, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Click & Collect from our store.

Click & Collect (Alexandria Store)

Shop online and collect your order in-store, fast and convenient.

  • Orders are typically picked within 2–24 hours, depending on when the order is placed.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been picked and is ready for collection.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days from dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate $20

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days (Metro Areas) from dispatch.

  • Tracking information provided via email when your order ships.

Custom and Built-to-Order Items

  • For custom-built or special orders, our team will contact you directly to advise they have been ordered with supplier and provide a general timeline for build.

  • Once your item has been built and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours.

  • We aim to dispatch standard and express orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, or sale periods).

  • Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.

Delivery Times and Tracking

  • Standard delivery: 2–8 business days from dispatch.

  • Express delivery: 1–4 business days (Metro Areas) from dispatch

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods, public holidays, or transport delays.

  • If your order ships in multiple parcels, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges apply.

  • Power Golf is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve it.
