WHO DO WE CUSTOM FIT?

Juniors

Find the right length and style of club irrelevant of age. From specific Junior clubs to standard clubs customised for Junior golfers.

Beginners

Even though your swing and game is not yet developed, choosing clubs or a package set that is suitable for you will make the game easier and more enjoyable.

Elite Golfers & Professionals

Fine tune the specifications of your clubs to ensure that you are getting the most optimised performance. Set makeup is also vital to ensure that there are no distance gaps in the set and you can cover all shots needed.

Ladies

Just because you are a lady doesn’t mean you need ‘Ladies’ clubs. We help choose clubs and specifications based on how you swing the club, not your gender.

Men

The correct club should be fitted based on the swing and not age or handicap. No matter what your handicap is you can benefit from a correctly fitted golf club. If you are a mid-high handicap golfer and think that you are not good enough to have custom fitted clubs, the reality is that you are not good enough to not have properly fitted clubs.

CUSTOM FIT PROCESS

After checking in, you will be taken to the warm-up area, where our club fitter will assess your golfing background, goals, and equipment requirements.

Step two is to identify your current swing characteristics and tendencies, analyse your shot performance, and collect club head speed and other performance data.

After we have established where you are and what you need, we will then begin testing various club heads and shaft combinations to determine which will provide the greatest performance improvement.

FAQ's

Why get custom fitted golf clubs

Trying to swing a club that is ill-suited to your form will result in you making unnatural compensations to your swing, creating shots that are poor, or not to your full potential.

An ill-suited golf club may:

  • Not be a suitable head style
  • Not be an appropriate length
  • Not have the right shaft weight or stiffness
  • Not have the correct lie angle
  • Not have a grip size suitable to your physique or how you hold the club.

That’s where a customized Power Fit helps!

Can any level of golfer be club fitted?

“I’m not good enough to get custom fit” or “I’m never going to be a professional golfer” are common excuses for people not to go through a fitting when purchasing a new set of golf clubs.

This is incorrect! The Custom Fit, club fitting process can help everyone, from the highly skilled golfer to those with a high handicap.

Can I get old clubs fitted?

The fitting process is typically used for new clubs because the results of the fitting will usually requires some modifications to the clubs

A short fitting (up to 30 minutes) is available for $50 to determine what type of clubs or specs work best for you and how they differ from your current clubs.

Basic fit for new package sets is also available for $85. Basic fit includes extending or shortening clubs from a package set, thickening a grip, and, if possible, changing the lie angle.

For repairs or alterations to old clubs derived from a fitting, please refer to the repairs section.

How long does the fitting session take?

Time depends on each individual case; some fittings can be completed quickly and easily, while others may take a little longer. We book people roughly as follows:

  • Iron Fitting – Normally 60 min ($95)
  • Driver Fitting – Normally 30 min ($50)
  • Wood fitting (Driver, Fairway, and Hybrids) – Normally 60 min ($95)
  • Full set (bag) without a putter – Normally 90 min ($145)

We do not provide putter fitting, but one of our staff members can assist you in determining which putter is best suited for you.

The fitting fees are only paid if you do not purchase on the spot. You have two months from the fitting day to receive the fitting costs as a credit if you decide to purchase the fitted clubs.

What should I bring to the golf club fitting?

We recommend that you bring your own club of the type you want fitted for comparison.

If you want an iron fitting, you only need to bring your 7 iron; if you want a wood fitting, you can bring your own wood.

Bringing your own clubs is not required, but we encourage it when possible.

We also recommended the following:

  • Clothing that is comfortable for golf swing analysis
  • Golf or sport shoes.
  • Your own glove (optional). If you don't have one, you can purchase one.
  • Bottle of water (highly recommended)
  • 7 iron or Driver (optional but recommended)

When will I get my new golf clubs?

Customized clubs must be built. Club building times vary by brand; typically, the ETA ranges between 1-4 weeks depending on available components. Depending on the specifications and materials, some orders may take a little longer to complete if they contain components from overseas.

At the time of purchase, the customer will be given an ETA (although this is subject change).
