Returns & Exchange Policy

At Power Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:


Change of Mind Returns

We can offer a refund or exchange if:

  • The item is returned within 4 weeks of purchase.
  • For online orders, a refund may be provided if the order cannot be dispatched within 2 weeks (excluding custom-built items).
  • The original receipt is presented by the original purchaser.
  • The item is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.

Please note:

  • Personalised golf balls cannot be refunded unless there is a printing error.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Outside of these conditions, all returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with ACCC Guidelines and Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you have received a product that is:

  • Damaged or faulty, or
  • Incorrectly advertised or supplied,

please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
In most cases, the product will need to be returned for assessment before a replacement or refund can be issued.


Warranty Claims

If you believe you are entitled to a warranty claim for a product purchased through our website, please reach out to our team.
We may need to arrange for the product to be returned for inspection by the manufacturer or supplier.
