Returns Policy

We are happy to provide a refund for an item if:

  • - It is returned within 1 week of purchase
  • - For online orders that are unable to be dispatched within 2 weeks of order (excludes custom-built items.)
  • - Original receipt is provided by the original purchaser
  • - The item is still in its original packaging and/or has the relevant tags still attached

Please note: Personalised Golf Balls are unable to be refunded, unless there is an error in printing. 
Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash

Outside of the above we are happy to provide a Store Credit if:

  • - Item is still in brand new condition and/or has the relevant tags still attached
  • - Proof of purchase is provided

 

Please contact our Alexandria Store on 02 9698 3388 if:

  • - You have made a purchase of a product through our website that when received is damaged, faulty or incorrectly advertised.
  • - You feel you are entitled to a warranty claim on a product purchased through our website. 
In most cases the product will need to be returned for assessment.
