We are happy to provide a refund for an item if:
- It is returned within 4 weeks of purchase
- For online orders that are unable to be dispatched within 2 weeks of order (excludes custom-built items.)
- Original receipt is provided by the original purchaser
- The item is still in its original packaging and/or has the relevant tags still attached
