Buying / Procurement

This is where commercial instinct meets golf IQ. We’re looking for experienced buyers who understand the moving parts of retail, lead times, margin structure, stock turns, sell-through and can connect them to the realities of the golf industry. You’ll need:

- Strong understanding of retail metrics and planning
- Experience managing supplier relationships
- Knowledge of golf club componentry and category structure
- The ability to think strategically while executing operationally

Sales

We’re on the hunt for motivated retail team members who love the game as much as we do. At Power Golf, sales isn’t about standing behind a counter, it’s about creating moments. It’s helping a first-time golfer walk out confident.

It’s fitting a 5-marker into something that genuinely lowers their handicap. It’s knowing when to talk tech… and when to just talk golf.

Workshop

Our workshop isn’t a back room. It’s the heartbeat of performance. We’re looking for an experienced club repair specialist who treats every club like it matters, because it does.

From a simple regrip to a full reshaft or precision lie and loft adjustment, this role requires skill, detail and pride in workmanship.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in regrips, reshafting and club adjustments
- Knowledge of lie and loft bending
- A meticulous approach to quality control
- Respect for timelines and customer expectations
